Available Balance vs Current Balance

 

Both the available balance and current balance can be used to figure out how much non-work time an employee has.  The Current Balance is the amount of non-work time an employee has as of the exact date it is being reported. The Available Benefit Balance is the amount of non-work time an employee has after taking into consideration any future non-work time that has already been applied to their timecards.
